We explore the art of connection, energy, and non-confrontation. Aikido is a non-competitive martial art, welcoming practitioners of all ages and abilities.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Our classes provide an active, collaborative, and safe environment to learn Aikido’s techniques and principles. There are no competitions, no contests of strength—just a shared journey of growth and discovery.

New members start with the first 45 minutes of class, focusing on fundamental skills like ukemi (falling safely) and the basics of Aikido. This foundation prepares you for the deeper exploration of advanced concepts and practical applications of the art.

THE ART OF SELF-DEFENSE

Aikido, a modern Japanese martial art (Budo), was created by Morihei Ueshiba O Sensei (1883–1969). It emphasizes collaboration rather than competition, with advanced practitioners guiding beginners in a way that suits each individual’s needs and abilities.
